MY OIL HAS GONE CLOUDY AFTER BEING IN THE FRIDGE, IS THIS NORMAL?

The viscosity of food oils changes when they’re cooled. This is a natural process that can be stopped but only by use of chemical additives or molecular manipulation.

Both of these things were out of the question for our fish oil, which is why it becomes more viscous when it is cooled.

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO TAKE FISH OIL?

Our preference is to take omega3zone in the morning with breakfast.  However, you can take it at any time of day, just make sure you take it food and, if you're exercising, avoid taking too close to a training session - we recommend staying clear two hours either side.

CAN I COMBINE OIL WITH OTHER SUPPLEMENTS?

Our oil has no negative impact on the use of other supplements.

CAN I OVERDOSE?

EFSA’s safe daily limit is 5g of omega-3 per day, even at our highest recommended dosage, we stay within this limit.

IS THE OIL SUITABLE FOR COOKING?

Our oil is not suitable for cooking because the omega-3 fatty acids are destroyed when heated. However, because of its lemon flavour, our oil is great as a salad dressing.
